Like any vehicle, your car needs regular servicing to keep it in the best condition and to maintain its value. Only an authorised dealer has manufacturer-trained technicians, manufacturer-specific tools and the latest computerised diagnostic equipment designed specifically for your vehicle.

Your vehicle starts life with all original parts, which fit and perform perfectly together. But replacing an original part with one which fails to meet manufacturer quality standards may compromise the performance of your vehicle, not to mention its levels of safety. Using manufacturer original parts reduces fitting time to a minimum and guarantees that they meet our stringent quality and safety standards. It will maximise your car’s performance and its value too.

We will never carry out any work on your car without your approval. Should we find any unforeseen fault we will contact you to discuss the details and cost before proceeding. Nobody likes to find out their car needs more work however we are committed to your safety, the maintenance of your car and the quality of our work.

Our newly refurbished Service Waiting Area lends itself to nomad working, with high speed wifi and private work booths, customers are free to use our facilities while they wait for their car.

Whilst we do not charge for the use of our courtesy car or enforce fuel deposits, it is the responsibility of the driver to provide fully comprehensive insurance. Some insurance companies may charge for an amendment or addition to a policy. If this is the case, you can avail of our temporary courtesy car insurance at a cost of £15 per day, capped at £40 per term. Warranty does not cover the cost of amendments to insurance policies or the cost of fuel. To avoid hefty fines and deposits for fuel from customers, we do not fuel courtesy cars however we are located within 100 yards of a Maxol station. Please allow time ahead of your appointment to facilitate the transfer of insurance, fuelling and personal items from your car to a courtesy car.
