I was welcomed into a bright modern showroom where I was promptly approached by a member of the sakes team, Johnnie Mulholland. I indicated my interest in the Hyundai Inster. I had previously done some online research into the model, and I was obviously interested in an EV. Johnnie showed me an Inster in the showroom explaining as he did so the vehicle’s specs and answering all the questions I put to him, both related to the Inster specifically and more widely what to expect from owning and using an EV - this was to be my first experience of an EV. Johnnie offered a test drive at my convenience and undertook to arrange same. As a (potential) customer I felt informed, respected and valued. It was a very positive interaction from my point of view.

Went to look about a car, and the delightful Connor came over to help, he was so friendly and helpful, he answered every question, He asked if we would like refreshments, was very polite and made us feel at ease. I'm delighted to say I picked a new car and await its arrival. Highly recommend John Mulholland motors. 10 out of 10. Have my car a year now and was up for it's 1st service, I used the online booking which was fantastic and very easy to use. I opted to leave my car and get picked up by a family member, then they contacted me when the car was ready for collection. When I arrived back the same lady who I left my keys with was there to hand them back and told me about anything that needed doing to my car which thankfully there was nothing to do. When I went to my car it had been cleaned and washed and looked exactly like it was the 1st day I got it. Highly recommend John Mulholland motors 1st class service. 👍🏻

Excellent experience from start to finish. We dealt with Chris who was able to answer every question we had and lay things out clearly for us to be able to understand at each step of the process. Every member of the team at John Mulholland went out of their way to help us where they could (including keeping our 5 year old son occupied whilst we were dealing with paperwork) a big thanks to Chris and the team for helping make the task so easy and enjoyable.

I got my car serviced and viewed the show room today. the staff were wonderful and regularly offered me refreshments, the service was very quick. Lee in the showroom was helpful and talked about a car i was interested in and got me a test drive. wonderful company

I went to John Mullholland a few weeks ago having been to a Hyundai dealership few days before, the customer engagement I received was outstanding. This made me make up mind in which dealership to choose. The attentiveness from Sarah-Jane was exceptional in going through my vehicle preferences, I could tell her product knowledge was on point with my specific requirements. In the end we choose an electric Kona. I went to collect it yesterday and am delighted with this purchase. I would highly recommend these guys. Thanks again Sarah-Jane.

Brilliant customer service the staff are all fantastic I have to bring my big pup Buster with me and they rush and get him bowls of water and everyone makes such a fuss of him the coffee is delicious and you are made so welcome best customer service in Northern Ireland

We recently purchased a family car from John Mulholland Motors and we loved the experience. From the time we arrived at the show room to when we left with the car we received the best service from all of the sales and showroom staff. We felt no pressure at any point to buy a car, never experienced any pushy sales techniques, and everything was very black and white. Johnnie was so friendly and made the experience fun for us. There is no doubt we have received a quality car and I would have no hesitation about recommending the show room to my friends and family. Thanks again!

Tom and the lady at reception whos name i forget sorry was super helpful when i walked into the dealership i was greeted with a good morning and offered tea or coffee. Tom explained the benefits off the self charging hybrid and give me a long test drive which was a mix combined drive between motorway and town driving which give me idea the range off the Tucson for fuel efficiency I decided to buy the car After my test drive. My car arrived a couple off days ago and i love the hyundai Tucson so far it's smooth and drives great. Too early to tell how fuel efficient it is with the hybrid as it will take time as the car it only new and will improve though time. At the moment it getting 49.9 to the gallion which for a big suv is great. I was told by tom this will improve after 2000 as the engine breaks in. Also when i collected the car tom give me some goodies for the car a boot protection cover and a tank off fuel. Tom spent about 45 to a hour explaining all the cars features Which was very helpful. I feel that i am in good hands with john mulholland motors regarding my purchase and would recommend from my experience in purchasing my car. Tom is honest and tells you which car is best for your needs

Went to have batteries changed in key fobs, took a few minutes on each one. Task executed well, and with courtesy.

I do think you offer a excellent service both in the sales and aftersales departments. Please keep it up and I will, with no doubt, be back again!!

Any problems with the car were sorted quickly and without any quibble ( allow still under Warranty) Happy so far
