I was welcomed into a bright modern showroom where I was promptly approached by a member of the sakes team, Johnnie Mulholland. I indicated my interest in the Hyundai Inster. I had previously done some online research into the model, and I was obviously interested in an EV. Johnnie showed me an Inster in the showroom explaining as he did so the vehicle’s specs and answering all the questions I put to him, both related to the Inster specifically and more widely what to expect from owning and using an EV - this was to be my first experience of an EV. Johnnie offered a test drive at my convenience and undertook to arrange same. As a (potential) customer I felt informed, respected and valued. It was a very positive interaction from my point of view.
