I am writing to commend the service provided by David McClurg and Shayne Quigg after my wife was recently disappointed by poor customer service from a Belfast based Hyundai dealer.
The service they offered was professional, efficient and courteous. Most importantly they contacted us with regular updates and kept us in the communication loop at all times. They took a particularly distressing situation and turned it round within two weeks allowing my wife to collect her new Hyundai i20 today.This is the fourth car we have bought from David which is a fact that speaks for itself.

This was the best handover of a new car I have had in 4 new cars I have bought – this includes Ford, Nissan and Skoda. The whole experience made me feel that I was an important customer and the staff made an effort to accommodate me. I approached other dealerships (at the same time as I agreed to buy my new car) and they treated me like a silly women who had no real notion of what she wanted.
